– Governor Ruto has castigated the Jubilee government for failing to improve the lives of Kenyans
– Ruto had also officially joined the NASA coalition after months of speculations

Bomet Governor Isaac Ruto has officially joined the NASA coalition becoming the fifth principal.
Ruto who is also the Chama Cha Mashinani leader said he was ready to team up with the rest of the leaders in the Opposition in an attempt to beat Jubilee in the upcoming general elections.
He now joins Raila Odinga(ODM), Musalia Mudavadi(ANC), Kalonzo Musyoka(Wiper), and Ford Kenya’s Moses Wetangula to form the newly launched ‘Pentagon’.

The governor will share cabinet seats equally with the other principals if the opposition outfit wins in the August General Election.
While addressing the gathering at the Bomas of Kenya, Nairobi on Thursday April 20, Ruto did not have kind words for the Jubilee administration which he fell out with.
The combative governor who is also a strong critic of Deputy President William Ruto said he was sorry for being part of the team which formed the Jubilee administration which he termed as ‘ridiculous’.

“I apologize to Kenyans for being part of the process that signed the formation of Jubilee, I have never seen a ridiculous regime like Jubilee,” said the Bomet Governor.
He castigated the government for failing to support devolution adding that the Uhuru Kenyatta administration was out to frustrate governors.

The governor added that the government had failed in improving the welfare of Kenyans by failing to provide basic necessities.
